Patricia A. Scott, Founding Attorney

Patricia A. Scott received her Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from the University of San Francisco School of Law, where she was member of the McAuliffe Honor Society and received the American Jurisprudence Awards in Wills and Trusts, Corporations, Evidence and Family Law.
After losing multiple family members and friends shortly after graduating from law school, Patricia decided to use her personal experience of grief, coupled with her legal background in trusts and estates, to bring compassion and advocacy to those dealing with legal issues as a result of death, and to minimize conflict through thorough legal planning.
A thoughtful and thorough advisor, Patricia Scott is also a tenacious advocate. Her goal is to provide the expertise, support, advice and strategic guidance to assist clients who need to navigate the complexities of planning, administering, and/or litigating an estate proceeding.
